Ten teams have so far signed up for the U/19 Heritage 7’s tournament in Moorreesburg, which will take place on Saturday September 23rd at the Gene Louw Sports grounds in Moorreesburg.

Moorreesburg Rugby Club in collaboration with West Coast Sports Solutions NPO, jointly presents the tournament. The prize money amounts to R30 000, with the winner of the competition walking away with R10 000.

The High Technical School, Proteus in Rygerdal, Atlantis, is one of the first school teams to enter, with the neighbors of Mamre, the Hamlets Rugby Juniors, also want to attending the tournament. From the Cape Peninsula, two WP clubs have entered three teams, with the 7’s foundation of Joshua Jacobs from Wellington also joining the party.
Teams must meet the following to enter, twelve players, two coaches and one first aid staff member.

Only the first 16 teams that have paid their registration fee, being eligible for the tournament. Teams who wish to participate must send their email addresses via WhatsApp to 063 487 3657, after which an entry form will be sent to the relevant school or club. Cut – Off date for teams to participate is Wednesday September 13th.
Proof of payment must be sent immediately to the same cell number for confirmation of payment.
