ATLANTIS:- The teams from the Velocity Athletic Club from Atlantis/Mamre did very well in the Western Province Athletics Track and Field Championships on Saturday 12 March, when three teams winning gold, and one team winning silver.
Here’s the U/16 team from left to right: Shakira van Shalkwyk, Kenliegh van Wyk, Mische van der Merwe, Jemiella Moses, Shadenique de Jong, Lucretia Maartins, Veonte Sambaba and Ashleigh Roman.
Next photo from left to right are the U/18 girls, who won gold.. Shandre van Wyk, Lannice Saal, Zoe Hesselman and Chelsea Pechardy.
